Aioli for brussel sprouts mainly, but this is good on everything
Jan 15, 2021I absolutely love this dip. Avocado oil mayonnaise is a staple on my grocery list every week. I incorporate healthy fat in each of my meals because it is absolutely necessary for sustaining a healthy weight, maintaining satiety after meals, and getting those essential fatty acids into your body. Essential fatty acids are one of those rare things that our bodies don’t make that we have to get from our diet. So go forth and add some healthy fat!!
Ingredients:
-
Primal Kitchen Avocado Oil Mayonnaise … this is really my favorite brand. I bought a Sir Kengsingtons this week and haven’t tried it yet, so stay tuned! https://www.primalkitchen.com/products/avocado-oil-mayo
-
1 TBSP Curry powder (I have also used cumin depending on what you’re making. I prefer the curry powder, but they both work! If you’re making a more latin style meal, this is great with lime and cumin instead of curry powder to put on tacos or a pork bowl or whatever!)
-
1 TBSP chopped cilantro
-
Dash of cayenne pepper
Directions:
Just mix it all together and enjoy with roasted brussel sprouts. I usually cook my sprouts in my air fryer. I slice them in half, toss with a little avocado oil and salt, and cook in the air fryer for 20-25 minutes at 400 degrees. Stir every 5 minutes to cook evenly. Cook less if you want them not super crispy and a little black, more if you like more of that!
I don’t have an awesome picture of the aioli, but it looks like a white fat dip and takes on the color of the curry powder or cumin and the cilantro adds a super nice flavor, texture and color pop.
I’ll help you stop the weight loss struggle for good.
